If an item is a gift to a different address, just drop me an email to let me know where to send it. I can put my items in a gift type form with ribbon and tissue paper before packaging. If you want insurance be sure ask before making payment. I can ship an item next day or priority for an additional charge, also.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you receive an item and it isn't at all what you expected I will gladly refund your money. Although I have never had anything returned, I do know the risk of internet shopping. Just return the item in question in it's original form and I'll send your money back. If it's not the right size I can make an exchange as long as the one returned is in new condition.
